Why is Keane, Nevada, Wells Fargo, et al. involved with this company? I have a small position that if I lost it all it would not end my life, and best to you with your short, it certainly looks like a no brainer short and that is exactly why I remain curious?

BTW, started a new thread Matridigm, perhaps we could move discussion over there at some point once the "code factory" company becomes public, that is if it does.
