I have been hearing that this is the CYCH wallet product with AOL co-branding:

Also note that CYCH CEO Melton is on AOL board.

There are also some wild rumors of a CYCH merger in the winds but we are in the "quiet" period. Supposedly several parties want to offer CYCH money for equity.
