I don't know. What do you call significant.

If we multiply 675*9= 6075

which would then be fair value equivalent to 50 in 1932. assuming a constant profit share and a constant share of the Dow stocks in total profits. We get 1200 if there is a crash of the scale from 380 to 50 as in 1929 off of 9300.

But how on earth do you get 400?
