Joe, the Park Inn referenced in your last post is shown to be on Lee Road. The Park Inn that WACC is buying is on Highway 27, which is not Lee Road. I don't believe they are the same. Also, it may be good if next time someone contact's the company they ask if the Park Inn is operational as a motel at present or not. I was by that area today and didn't notice a motel by that name. I however did see a good sized motel that was closed up about where they said. This could be it as they said it would be refurbished. And the price for it seemed good. Anyway, property in that area is excellent. Several new and "VERY" nice housing developments beginning or building up. They just have to get this thing moving. Also time shares have to be managed after they are sold. If WACC handles this then it would mean more revenue's. Does anyone know who will be doing this? Dan
