If an MM were really desperate, he/she could get all the shares they wanted from Tom at probably $1/2 plus a warrant thrown in. I just don't believe there are many shares short at this point.

But it doesn't matter. If the PP gets done and another more sizable acquisition is made, the stock will move up.
