Joe, once quite some time ago, I was concerned about shorting and I called Fidelity and asked about moving my shares out of margin or taking possession. They told me that bulletin board stocks could not be loaned for shorting. I have read that MMs can short non existing stock, in other words creating more stock than is actual in the float. I am a novice where these things are concerned so I am just offering what I was told. Jewel
