WR: I believe it is a much, much more serious problem that everyone is being led to believe. If Japan has to dump treasuries, that should have ( I think) an extremely negative effect on rates. However, this is all out of my league, and I am only guessing but maybe someone with a better understanding of international finance (government style) could help.
