Thanks much, Croc. Ella's still at home, comfortable but with labored breathing. It's getting to be I'm the only person who doesn't want to end her life immediately, but she doesn't seem to be suffering in my view. She perked up earlier to eat some ham, so there was a glimmer of quality of life. Anyway, I appreciate that you're stopping to post here. I'm sorry about your collies though you're probably well over it now. Today, I spoke with my sister who lost her dog about 3 years ago and it was very helpful to me to share my feelings and experience with someone who can really understand. Can't really talk to my wife and kids about it, because they just get upset too. So, I appreciate that you take the time to communicate. thanks, peter
