Dave, Because BCOM is regulated by the Federal Reserve, it is not required to file SEC documents and does not. Management has considered filing with the SEC in the past but I don't know what the status of that decision is. You can contact Margaret Kuhn, VP of Investor Relations, for any info you would like.
