Ellen Jeez, I thought you left. Have you actually read the proposed credit talks. Sergio quoted them for you. Europe is "offshore" draw down credit under certain conditions= means that as the co. uses money from the credit line it (company) gives the creditor more shares of stock. They sell the shares on the open market and the spiral continues on and on and on. At this point I do not think that you even understand floorless debt. Please go to Dr. Zev Head's thread. He has an excellent explination of floorless and how it is worked. You buy, buy, buy they sell sell sell and you support the entire thing. Ken
