IM(very)HO If anybody out there has any questions about how this is done don't think about it as shorting in the traditional sense or as shorting at all. The whole process is just the mechanics on how the Reg D shareholders introduce millions of newly converted shares into the market.
The shorting is just a way for them to lock in price and profits before they convert.I'm being overly simplistic and I hope accurate. I'll stop here as not to muddy my own explanation. If this doesn't make sense Keep taking aspirin until an OEM announcement. Ed
