Hi Folks,
Well back from Colorado Springs and here's what I found out. Jet lag hasn't set in as yet. So I'll post till I drop :) Any grammar or spelling errors chalk up to being tired.
AMGV is increasing sales on a weekly basis. Microsoft's HOTMAIL and Wal-Mart Online are developing into very profitable ventures for selling AMGV computers. They are going to be profitable for the year 1998 without a doubt.
With the addition of Adrian to the BOD and as a consultant for AMGV we're going to see AMGV computers on multiple ISP's throughout the WWW. He has the contacts and knowledge to produce tremendous growth for selling AMGV computers throughout the WWW. The increased sales we've seen from AMGV in the last quarter is only the beginning of a wave of increased future sales with additional ISP banner adds. As the number of ISP's increase AMGV will have to increase production this will result in a decrease in product cost for AMGV. This means higher margins and more profitability for AMGV. A win win situation in my book.
Wal-Mart is currently running adds on radio stations telling the public about their Computer BTO web site. More marketing is being developed to increase awareness of their web site. This style of marketing will be ongoing. Wal-Mart Online goal is to continue to increase web revenues. Hence AMGV revenues will increase with more awareness of the public.
Wal-Mart Online had their first add in the Wal-Mart Monthly Flyer. This flyer goes out to 90 MILLION people each month. The item displayed can only be purchased through their web site or through their 800#. It can't be available through any store. As a result of this add the satelite dish featured was sold out within 2 weeks. SOLD OUT FOLKS. How many products does Wal-Mart Online carry that Wal-Mart stores don't carry? I would say not very many products at all. I can think of one product line AMGV COMPUTERS.
Wal-Mart is expanding the ability for Wal-Mart Online to increase revenues. Additional advertisement will be forth coming in future Wal-Mart Flyers.
AMGV is outselling Mitsuba on the BTO web site. Competition on the BTO web site is increasing AMGV sales.
Several areas they talked about.
A QVC type program to sell their computers on TV. Computers would be sold to the QVC type program to be resold to the public. Also a BTO program would be used through the QVC type program
Researching either a acquisition or merger to enable them to increase market share and revenues.
Developing additional tech support to meet future needs from increased sales of computers.
Developing a share revenue system for all ISP deals. That is only paying when a computer is sold through banner add.
1998 3rd quarter revenues were 350% over 1998 2nd quarter revenues. 1998 3rd quarter revenues were 400% over 1997 3rd quarter revenues.
Estimated 30% increase every quarter in revenues. Additional ISP's will increase this figure.
They have an excellent relationship with Wal-Mart that has been prospering over the years.
AMGV Web site hits are increasing considerably over the last few months.
They have been approached by other retailers about selling their computers through a BTO.

IMO AMGV has turned the corner and will continue to show a profit for us shareholders. With the advent of additional exposure to their product line revenues will continue to increase substantionly as will shareholder value. I saw no negatives in my visit only tremendous future growth. Low inventory levels, positive cash flow, increased sales, additional avenues to sell computers, higher margins and increased awareness of product line.
By the way the mountains and trails in and around Colorado Springs are quite impressive to say the least. I had a wonderful time exploring several this past week. In the future my plans are to revisit and explore thems therr moutains once agin.
If I neglected to answer any questions presented before let me know and I'll repost at another time.
Have a good one.
John
