I believe both need a sponsoring bank. Millenium was to be sponsored by Best Bank, and the company will have to get another sponsor. Once they get another sponsor, the company will make an announcement. I guess takes a little time to set up with another bank. I don't think it will take 3 months to set up, but rather, to get the full benefit of these two programs, the ABN merger, the Fiscript merger, the Berwynn merger it'll probably be first quarter and beyond to really see what this company can do. Think about it Jeff, even if the ABN purchase was done tomorrow, how long will it take to consolidate, to get economies of scale,etc? Platinum is about set up, but again, to really get rolling, it'll probably be into next year before we really heat up.
