AT&T will establish service in the same countries before DGIV ever does. They actually have signed contracts... perhaps with the same companies that DGIV had "agreed" to partner with. Oh well, you snooze, you lose. Could DGIV be busy scrambling to try to replace former "partners" now? AT&T can beat DGIV in name recognition, service, and most of all price. They can run the IP service at a loss for as many years as they want. Can DGIV do the same?
