Ihope that some media giant hooks up with Yahoo, prodigy or one ot the other ISP's and puts this lousy company to rest. I came back after 18 months and found things still the same with AOL. Busy signals and lousy technical support and customer service. Tech support has tried 4 times to fix my problems and has yet to do it. Best of all, after my last call, their resolution caused my computer to fail to reboot. When calling tech support back to fix their mistake, I got a recording saying they were too busy and to try and call back later. GREAT JOB AOL. Screw up my computer and tell me to call back when you're not so busy. WHY ARE YOU SO BUSY TO BEGIN WITH??? AOL is number one right now but hopefully their lousy customer service and tech support will sink them. See you at Prodigy. AOL AMERICA OFF LINE I know, why should the shareholders care, they only own the company???
