Joe,

First of all I am sorry if I blew the TEVE story as you didn't tell me
that it was not to be mentioned. For all I knew you had already mentioned it on your site. I plan on mentioning it to Lance as well.
What happened to the markets was that earnings couldn't keep up with
the large PE ratios that have taken some of the stocks to over 40-1
ratios. I think what is occuring and any more it seems to happen more
quickly is the markets are adjusting to the lower than expected earnings. I am sure you know of several penny stocks or even small cap
NASDAQ stocks that seem undervalued or oversold. I like the 3 stocks
that I am mentioning because they are relatively undiscovered and all
three either have financing or have ties to money from private sources
to get them off the ground. They all also have relatively small share
structures and floats. I don't care if a Bear Market hits if NPCT can
pull off a short covering by taking delivery of all the stock as it would force covering by the shorters which will move the stock higher.
The golf deal is working on two more acquistions privatley and it is
ran by a wealthy Jewish Pediatrician who has money. The music deal has
money available possibly from the Jackson family or Johnnie Cochran
who was Oj's attorney. They have the rights to unreleased Sinatra and
Elvis music and 2 unrelased Jewel CD's. This alone will take that stock higher. Keep this to yourself.

I think one has to be selective these days but many of the small cap
stocks have not participated in any kind of rally. The Europeans are
waiting on the markets to settle before they come into NPCT. My broker
at Paine Webber is hearing the uncertainly is also because the world
is looking for leadership and is not finding it. They feel things will
be voliatle until mid November. I think the DOW is near a bottom or
will hold above 7,000.
