Updates to PanAmerican Bancorp Web Site on October 9, 1998 -
UPDATES:
October 9 1998 - Shareholder Meeting
September 23,1998 at the Great Neck Inn in Great Neck,
Long Island.
All issues were passed unanimously by the many shareholders
who attended the meeting.
The name of the company is officially PanAmerican BanCorp,
(no longer Purewater Sciences International Inc.). A new
Cusip # is being applied for from NASDAQ.
The board of directors of the old PanAmerican BanCorp
become the board of the directors of the new PanAmerican BanCorp. See "Management" on the website.
Realty Money Centers
Realty Money Center is in the final stages of completing its
merger. It is currently combining all of its other mortgage
holdings including its branches now under different names
into one name of Realty Money Center. All loan volume,
personnel and contractual agreements will be transferred
with the merger. Realty Money Center will be solely owned by PanAmerican BanCorp. Realty Money Center offers subprime, construction and commercial lending. The Realty Money Center
web site will be completed shortly.
Affordable Housing Group, Ltd.
Now that the Belize elections are over, we are looking forward
to completing this project and having a long relationship with Belize.
The inauguration of the Ridge Lagoon Estates was on September 19th with approximately 250 - 300 prospective buyers viewing the site.
The fully furnished models will be available for viewing by the
end of November.
