Stitch, I see you dipped your toe in the HMTT situation. I have been looking at them as well, but I just cannot come up with a model that will yield cumulative cash flow of $230 MM over the next five years to pay of their big convertible. Can you see how they pay this one (except "rolling it over")? Zeev
