You've now gotten me confused.

I understand that the actual cost, the $10,000 plus my actual purchase from you of 100,000 shares at $32,000, if I were to exercise my option, would be .42.

But I'll be darned if I can understand where the .72 comes in. Nothing I can calculate puts that number on the table.

According to my math, on the 4th trading day of January, I win at any price higher than .42. At .42 or lower I would not exercise my option with you. Higher than .42 I would.

Please clarify.
