Fred it's my understanding that Barry Stein now has the option to sell any part of or all 200,000 shares for a limited time - 90 days I think. I haven't really noticed how many shares Stein has filed to sell in the past but 200k looks like quite a bit compared to the other listings of proposed sales of FNTN so I thought there might be a special reason for the large quantity filed on. (I was thinking out loud and didn't mean to raise any ire). John
