Yes, Mr. D. is very, very real! Yes, I have talked to him numerous times, met with him twice and been to one of his houses which just happens to be in one of the most exclusive subdivisions in the Sacramento area. His company is real....anyone can get a D & B report on it. Finally, his banker is one of my best friends. The only question I ever asked him about Mr. D was whether he was a man of his word and could he be trusted. Steve gave me a resounding YES!!! He has always been honest with me and I am most appreciative of that.

I truly believe:
1) he has the shares;
2) he does not plan on selling any
3) he is very supportive of both Mr. Chin and the small investors like myself.

I have also met Mr. Chin and like others who had the opportunity, he is certainly one hard working son of a gun. There is no doubt in my mind that this is a real company...albeit a small growing company with a vision that has made a number of mistakes. If Mr. Chin can get a contract or two, which I believe he will do, then most of our concerns will dissipate as the stock price finds a higher level and brings larger investors in.
