You're right, Jim. It is looking interesting again. This is backed up by a show of confidence by the company:

LINCOLN, Neb., Oct 6 (Reuters) - National
Research Corp. (Nasdaq:NRCI - news), a provider of
analysis for the healthcare industry, said on Tuesday
its board of directors authorized the repurchase of up
to 245,000 shares, or about 3 percent of the company's 7.3 million shares of common stock.

''We continue to believe that our strong fundamentals and future growth potential are not
reflected in our current stock price and that repurchasing shares is a good investment for the
company,'' said Michael Hays, the company's president and chief executive, in a statement.

The company will repurchase the shares in the open market or in privately negotiated
transactions...."
