Mr. Cole. You are in violation of sec 13D of the SEC rules and regulations. Even though you own 1.3 million shares of stock at .90 and the stock now trades at .035, which shows a net loss to you of 1,124,500.00, you are still required to file the appropriate 13D documents with the SEC. My advice to you, as before, is sound. File, before they come after you.
