article on contamination control by five authors, three
from ATMI and one each from AMAT and MOT/Sematech.

Ecosys and SDS are mentioned but my technical imcompetence
prevents me from assessing the potential impact on ATMI.

I hope someone out there will be able to enlighten us as to the importance if any, that this may have re the business of ATMI.
