they're trying to get into all ends of the business, including the sub $1000 PC. The deal with AMD gets them in there. Just seems they need to be able to offer more for the higher processor speeds. However, enabling the slower ones to perform like a faster one is a good hook. But the faster ones are inexpensive too. That's why I think they should be developing now for the faster ones. Seems this latest deal focuses them too much on the slower processors.
