With the Russians threatening to ally themselves with the Serbs if air strikes commence, I doubt there will even be a bombing run. It's a bit of sabre rattling on our part and it may shake up the markets tomorrow but the effects will dissipate when nothing happens.

The last thing we need at this tentative time in world markets is a skirmish between nuclear powers.

As for market plays, perhaps defense contractors will spike up tomorrow but that won't last long...
