It died in the Senate on Friday---refusal to bring to a vote in this session. So it means starting all over again in the next session. My question still stands: Do CMND, CRYSF, MIFGY and other offshore solution providers now have the edge over US-only remediators because the US-only firms will be talent-constrained while the CMNDs etc. have their overseas talent pools to draw upon? I think the answer is definitely yes.
