Maurice, the sad thing about baseball is SD taxpayers are about to be roped into paying forever another stadium that we don't need. The Padres have done a fantastic sales job. Of all the things that we San Diegans can enjoy on another beautiful Southern California day, why anyone would shave their hands, pay a fortune, fight the crowds to watch a bunch of over paid high school drop outs hit a ball with a stick is still something uniquely American that I have not been able to comprehend yet.
