Facts are facts and what I just posted ARE the facts. As as shareholder I would certainly want to know if a deal my company made were not in my best interest. The evidence is irrefutable that this deal was very good to the shareholders and that the other scenarios suggested would not make any sense. I have yet to see facts (not speculation) that would point to any other conclusion.

You are certainly entitled to ignore the evidence if you wish. I think we will have our answers soon enough by just watching the licensees and the company's progress in the next couple of months.
