Before I met with the EVDS crew, I did a little light reading..."MUSTS For USTs...A Summary of Federal Regulations for Underground Storage Tank Systems"....EPA 510-95-002, July 1995 edition...and what I discovered was that the daily monitoring is NOT sent to the EPA...rather is kept on site, in case a spot inspector from the EPA shows up on location. The owner is to keep 5 years of records ready for inspection at all times. In New York state these records are required to be on the premises at all times, and the same is true of Georgia, in Florida you have 24 hours leverage time to produce the documentation. Oh and btw...you can call this toll free number to order your very own EPA regulations on UST's....800-424-9346....happy reading... :o)
