IMHO no news is good news... Last I could confirm from Spencer is that he is in the process of retiring 50M shares from the outstanding. While I have not checked on where the current status of shares are it was nice to hear that he does realize there are way too many shares outstanding for the stock to ever go anywhere. As for the audit still get the same old promise, but he claims the acquisition has increased the delay and their numbers need to be factored in as well. Just and update from LTGL.
