Has anyone communicated with the SEC or Texas state commission? Is there any updates? How can we investors participate (I would hate to duplicate efforts)? I thought I remembered someone here that was working with the SEC and/or their own legal council? Is everyone just waiting til Fri to see 97 financials? Like was said earlier, if no buying is coming in at this point we can most likely assume that Fri will be bad news. I can't imagine people will wait for the shareholders meeting? How else can we get an update on the current fundamentals? Randy or someone needs to shed light on current financials.
