KJ, I'm not so sure we have spent way too much time on the Reg D issues. It is important to understand what happened, even though it is well after the fact. That's one reason I didn't jump in until today with more technical discussions. Over the years, this thread has concentrated on the technical details and ignored the financial ones. That has proven to be costly. I still believe that Ancor's technology is the engine that will ultimately make or break the company, but the fiscal end of things can't be ignored. That said, I am still more comfortable discussing the technology issues, so I hope there is still a little room here for that. <g> I must also confess to being quite ignorant to the technology used in the mainframe world. Are these ESCON directors common? How much do they cost? Craig
