I use SAR (which is the same shorthand name Wilder used for his "Parabolic Time/Price System") as confirmation for other indicators on the buy side and as an exit signal for exiting long positions.

I may be a lone wolf in this regard as I've heard some say they use it as their primary indicator for both entries and exists.

I've had several inqueries about the accuracy, interpretation, and requests for desired mods to the original scan. Unfortunately it always seems to fall too low on my to-do list to ever get done.

I also seem to recall that SAR is slated to be in an upcoming release of QP and I'd hate to spend too much time on anything that is soon to be OBE.

I'll try to look at it some more, but no promises. In the mean time I have utmost confidence in Bob's ability and judgment in suggesting any changes.
