We called REFR. An executive confirmed the terms of the S-3 that was filed. Everything is in the S-3. I will not make further comments beyond my previous posts.

Of course you can discuss the technology with whomever you please, I just question the accuracy and credibility of the discussion as you are not qualified to comment on this technology or the patents nor am I.

Like I said, judge your own credibility. As an investor, I always investigate the technology. There is a lot to be said for common sense.

Let me answer the first technology question:

As I saw on the video tape they sent me, the window is in the dark state when the power is off. It is in the clear state when the power is on. By employing alternating current (I will not go into the details), you can achieve shaded states.

Thus if you shut the power off, the window is dark. In a house with REFR windows, the following statement might be heard:

"Honey, can you please turn off the windows and come to bed?"
