EP, <Ali, AGP is not a bus. It is a port. As in Accelerated Graphics Port.> Ok, you got me :) AGP is a bus shrunk to only
two devices, host bridge, and a card. Single card,
just because the AGP physically can't handle
any more with an obsolete signal transiving
technique employed by it's designers (i.e. Intel,
probably because of some ignorance in the
field). Now it is called an old-fashioned "port".
Single AGP card, so no scalability
for multiple monitors support. The single AGP
card that is good only for texture map
transfers which nobody is willing to use
any soon, including Intel itself.
Is this better, oh our teacher?
