Richard, Michael,

Hear Hear! My main point in arguing for a stock buyback was
that if they DON'T do it, then they damn well better tell us
what kind of investment is going to give shareholders a better
return that a buyback, which, as you correctly point out, is a
great ROI at this point.

To me, the fact that they are not buying back stock, while not
indicating where or if they will use the cash that they have, means
that they think earnings are going way way down.
