I must comment on RIG since it is at the top of my buy list for tomorrow. I believe it is time now to get back into the sector, and RIG appears to be the strongest in many areas.
#1) Their stock price has held up among the best in the last few months (assumes "the market" knows which stock is the best) osxstocks.com
#2) They have the best earnings growth numbers of all the drillers osxstocks.com
#3) Their earnings estimates have held up the best in the drilling subsector, and among the best in the whole sector osxstocks.com
#4) Their gross margins continue to improve osxstocks.com
#5) The daily stochastics trading system suggests the short term downcycle is over, and it is time for a rally in the sector osxstocks.com

For similar reasons, I'm also looking at CXIPY, FGII, ATW, DO, and EVI. VRC and GLBL also look good, but I'm concerned that they are suffering with new lows.
