Baldur, you are right that there is nothing as of late on Edgar, which is something that I will ask when I try to reach their offices on Monday. The last item on their filing for extension on the 10-k was a narrative on their logistical problems with their new accounting firm and their new stake in Kaire Int'l among others.

Your post on the floorless debenture was insightful I think. I recognize Zeev from the EXSO thread if I remember correctly. However, I tend to disagree on how you are applying it to this situation. For example, although the price sank after the reverse on 2/20(from their form 8 special events), with a close of 1.093 to .562 on 2/25, how do explain it's subsequent recovery on high volume, back up to .875 on 2 consequetive trading days on 3/11 and 3/12? Moreover, there have been several times when the stock price has made high percentage gains since then(from previous days) , all the way into June. IMHO, it has only been since June really that the stock price has been on a steady decline, and it looks to me that it has for the most part bottomed out. Here is my reference: stocksite.com

Regarding the "August/September pumping", I'm at a loss to see how effective that could have been looking at the price history for those two months.

I think that the reason for the price decline is probably due to the lack of substantive news releases and filings, JMO of course. However, in the same vein, I think that there is much more of an upside than a down one, especially considering that it is trading at 0.025. If you can tell me how the Kaire IPO negatively affects KAHI or at the very least does not positively affect it, please by all means explain it to me as I am willing to listen to a reasoned response. Otherwise, as this is in now way meant to be offensive or a personal attack, your posts as well as Zonkie's response often has me wondering if the two of you are one in the same.

Hopefully, if I am able to free up enough time to get in touch with KAHI on Monday or Tuesday I will post any info that I can get, good or bad.

Jin.
