No question Chris where the opportunities in the market are now. Small caps. If one looks at the Dow, it is clear that the biggest boys' index really isn't down all that much compared to the way small caps have been destroyed. Smart investors sitting on cash are taking advantage of this opportunity to add quality growing small companies to their portfolio for big gains to come.
