Good Morning Valeri: Do you mean the Dell computer or stock? Anyway I have no idea what is the 'cheapest time to buy DELL' but you seem to be doing well anyhow and that is all what counts. Say what is up with Yeltsin? You think his new pal Primakov(?) and gang going to fix the problems or are 'we' going to go back to the 'good old' days of Communism,eh? Wonder what Gorbachev is up to these days,may be y'all should bring him back.Any thoughts on these matters?
