I believe that you may have shot your self in both feet this time. Your repost of old news substantiates our position. ARET had a deficit of $1,557,769 as of June 30, 1998 and INCOME was $.00*. Net stock holders equity was a deficit of - $3,133,967!! What about the HYDROPONICS DIVISION?? They have not even broken ground on this project!! Also your repost stated, "Tomahawks ability to obtain construction projects has been severely limited do to its previous bankruptcy proceedings". ARET as of today still has not broken ground on any projects! The report uses a lot of, INTENDS TO, GOALS ARE, POSITIONS IT SELF TOO, holds little water especially being a penny stock!! I would not take this piece of evidence to PEPOLE'S COURT if I were you! Best Regards
