HILTON HEAD, S.C., Oct. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Guidera Communications
announced it has been retained by Key Capital Corporation
(OTC Bulletin Board: KCAP) to inform Wall Street about KCAP's new KeyClub
International. KeyClub provides e-commerce on the Internet. It offers
members goods, services, & benefits at greatly reduced prices.
"We like the fact that KeyClub International already has such national
alliance vendor members as ADP, AT&T, Avis, British Air, Compaq, Dow Jones,
Exxon, Hertz, HP, Hyatt, IBM, Kinko's, League of American Investors, MAACO,
