You and Zeev (while adding a great deal of insight to this issue) are ignoring other alternative sources of cashflow (conventional financing, OKON, and cash cow acquisition reportedly in the works). The TX deal just gives support to the stock price for the short terms and, of course, gives a bright future to the company in the long terms. Not that I would snub my nose at cash from TX. Eric
