Well, that 60 second confirmation thing they said was going to start on 10/12. been delayed......unsure when it will actually go into effect. Starting Oct 12 I believe , they will guarantee a 60 second execution on a market order for stocks. If it takes longer they will waive trade commission. At least it shows efforts in the right direction..
