Joe, Exactly. Furthermore there's been a huge number of millionaires made in the high tech market recently. Buffet is already rich beyond his dreams...I however am not. He can afford to play is safe all the time and "be patient". I however want to retire before I'm 45..so I can not. That means taking on a little more risk....if you call CSCO risky. It may be risky over a year or so...but over 5 years CSCO is as solid as they come. OG
