Stephen,

I spoke to Owen at Kahi's L.A. office. He did indicate that the convertible debt "dilution" is definitely complete. Out of about 1.3 million dollars, there is $260,000 that is left for the debt conversion, however (the most important part), KAHI has a firm agreement with this entity holding the ticket on the $260,000 debt conversion that indicates they will not sell ANY shares into the market at this point and have a definite long term time frame in which they can begin selling. This entity has agreed to this long term hold as they know (based on the IPO of Kaire Int., etc.) that KAHI's stock price will bring much greater profits down the road.

... And Mr. Lakers 17,

You are incorrect, I have said many times as well as others that KAHI "on their own" without the IPO is running their laboratory with profitability in the diagnosis of blood flow utilizing their patented analysis products, etc. If the IPO does not occur, this of course will continue to hold up the company and pay the bills. This is comforting to me to know that this company is not going away if the subsidiary IPO does not happen and we have no signs except confirmations that the IPO will happen and bring in a substantial amount of capital for KAHI.

From Stephen's post:

"Another issue is the financial condition of KAHI. They do have a blood monitoring company. It is reported to be profitable. It was described to me that this company is what paid the bills for KAHI. According to a KAHI official, by cutting KAHI expenses to the bone, KAHI was able to make a slight profit. I believe this was in the most recent quarter. I don't have specifics"

So Lakers17, please don't join the negativity. Like it was just said, maybe Zonkie and Baldur are one in the same. Well, maybe there is a third alias for the same entity named Lakers17.... I hope not!

Anyway, as you have just read a few posts back, we are seeing several stock recommendation sites pushing KAHI as a "sure thing"!

You don't need me pumping or hyping (as you say) this stock as this one is going up on its own... the natural way!!!

... and I will say .... GO KAHI!!!!!!!!!! Up, Up and away!!!!!! To the moon!!!! etc., etc.
