Shareholder meeting and vote on merger with FRI.It is going to happen, a private company coming public through the merger of KKRO.Once this takes place,some big analysts will pick up coverage of the newly formed KKRE.Once the merger takes place,you get 1 share of KKRE for 1 share of KKRO.KKRE will be one of the largest,if not the largest restaraunt chains in the good ol USA.This is just MHO and I see no reason anyone would lose money at the ridiculous price that KKRO is trading at now.100% sure the merger goes through.As always do your own DD.Good Luck.
