<< now you hit on something! why are mutual fund managers and other brockerage firms selling below the historical lows. How did this stock make it to a low it hasnt seen in at least four years. Why did these people wait for the stock to hit an all time low to sell because of one bad quarter? >>

That pretty well sums up my concerns also, and keeps me from buying more. Fore's management is suspect. They have failed to execute in a product niche that they virtually had a monopoly on.
