td you must be thick as a brick...I've always maintained TLC is good at financial engineering, so I know better than to expect number disappointments when they report.

you have to peel off that financial engineered veneer to understand
company's future.

unfortunately, I believe it's down, with the expected new acquisition announcement due mid-late Nov.
